MediaX was a Ted Talk inspired media event with 6 speakers from different media practices. The topics were both from an established in the industry, and from a beginners point of view.

Part of the concept was to tease the event by being very mysterious, and this is reflected in the design, where the mysterious large X is styled in 80s VHS aesthetics, with color noise and glitches. It also is a staple of retro science fiction, where media has a history and an unknown future, but you often use themes from the past. 

The event was also produced and filmed by students at Hivolda College University as part of their Video production degree.
